ABC Booksleuths has been in business on the web for 8 years selling through our websites Choochoos4u.com, Radko4u.com and KidSmartFurniture.com. We are a family owned and operated business based in Greenville, SC near the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our interest in Smart Toys comes as a result of raising a boy in love with creative building toys.

- We care about the environment, especially yours. Toys* shipped from our warehouse are packed with "newsprint". (This is actually your newspaper before anything is printed on it.) A large percentage of this paper is recycled. In addition, we know that most of our packages will be opened in the presence of small children, therefore we avoid using the less expensive packing peanuts or other toxic packing material that a child may be tempted to chew.
*(Some of the furniture items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These shipments may included Styrofoam packing material and plastic wrap. Please be cautious when opening around children)

That is my beautiful wife, Beverly. She is the owner, but will still be the one who answers your call. Matt is our 10 year old son. He helps pick orders, haul boxes, is invaluable at train shows, and is in charge of picking the new product lines. After all, who knows kids' toys better than a kid?

Check and Money Orders may be used with phone orders only. Please e-mail us once the check is in the mail and we will hold your merchandise.

Many items on this website ship directly from the manufacturer. The shipping times are indicated the item page. Once the item is shipped a tracking number will be forwarded by e-mail.
Orders weighing less than 2 pounds usually ship USPS (United States Postal Service).
The quoted shipping rates are for FedEx or UPS Ground deliverable addresses only.
Orders going to APO's FPO's, ALASKA, HAWAII may have additional shipping charges added, we will contact you about the charges prior to shipping.
Orders shipped to Georgia will be charged 6.0% sales tax, orders shipped to South Carolina will be charged 5.0% sales tax.
ADDRESS CORRECTION
The shipping address must be complete and accurate, as standardized by the US Postal Service. In the event that an incorrect or incomplete address is entered for the shipping address and Fed Ex or UPS bills us for an address correction charge, typically $5.00, it will be applied to your credit card. The most frequent errors are incomplete address, (be sure you have added street, drive, ave., trail etc...), typos in the house number and zip code, and oddly enough incomplete town names (Is it Lovelyville or North Lovelyville).

PRIVACY POLICY:
Your personal information is for our use in processing your order only. Your personal information will never be sold, shared or distributed to a third party. Any paper documents related to your order will be shredded 60 days after order.
RETURN POLICY:
Returns are accepted within 30 days from date of delivery. All items must be returned in new, unused condition and returned in original packaging. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus any shipping costs that we incurred to ship the product to you. You are responsible for the cost of freight to return your purchase. Please email us for instructions BEFORE you return an item.
If your original purchase qualified for a FREE shipping offer and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you also will be responsible for the original cost we incurred to ship the product to you.
All refunds will be made to the person/credit card that made the original purchase.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
FedEx shipments:
Upon receipt of your items, you have 5 days to report any damage due to shipping. You must have the tracking number and retain all shipping materials (carton, packing materials, etc.). All FedEx shipments are fully insured and we will work with the shipper to facilitate the pickup of the damaged item for inspection and the shipment of a replacement. Free replacements or reimbursements will not be made if reported after 5 days.
USPS shipments:
All USPS packages will be shipped with insurance, but you are responsible for filing a claim with the U.S. Postal Service. You must provide the package for their inspection at one of their branch offices and they will process your claim.
CANCEL AN ORDER:
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping (usually 24 hrs after order). Please email us if you wish to cancel an order. If the order has been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.
EXCHANGES:
We accept exchanges on a limited basis subject to our standard return policy.
